Who runs it
ParkingNova is an independently operated business registered in Ontario, Canada. It is small, with no call centre and no parent company. That is why the site tries to be useful rather than loud.

How we make money
Advertising, and a referral commission when you click through to certain operators and book. The commission is paid by the operator and costs you nothing. You pay the same price you would going direct.
Commission does not buy position. Results are ranked by price, distance and the filters you choose, on the same basis for every provider. The largest source on the site, the City's own carparks, pays us nothing at all.
We never take payment for parking and never handle your card details. Booking happens on the operator's own site, under their terms.
Where the data comes from
Municipal rates come from the Toronto Parking Authority's own published figures. Capacity and accessible-stall counts come from City of Toronto open data. Private garages come from booking partners who quote live prices for the window you searched.
Every municipal price carries the date it was published, because rates change and a price without a date is a guess wearing a decimal point. Where we have confirmed a rate ourselves, we say so instead.
Map data is from OpenStreetMap contributors. If a price looks wrong, tell us. It is the fastest way we find out.
