A price or lot detail looks wrong
support@parkingnova.caThis is genuinely useful to us, so it is worth saying why. Municipal rates are maintained by hand and exist nowhere else in the form we hold them, so a driver who spots an error is often the first and only way we find out.
You do not need to know the right price. The lot name and what you're seeing is enough. We check it ourselves and correct it, usually the same day.
Privacy requests
privacy@parkingnova.caAccess, correction or withdrawal of consent under PIPEDA. We respond within thirty days, as our Privacy Policy commits us to.
In practice we hold no profile for you. There are no accounts and no cookies, so most requests are answered by confirming exactly that.
Legal and operators

We are a discovery and referral service and do not sell parking or manage inventory. If you operate a lot and would like it listed, write here and we will explain how our sources work.
What we cannot help with
Bookings, refunds and cancellations. We never take payment. Every reservation is made on the operator's own site and only they can change or refund it. Their confirmation email is the place to start.
Tickets, towing and enforcement. These are between you and the operator or the issuing authority.
Guaranteeing a space. Municipal lots cannot be reserved, and we show availability as the operator reports it rather than holding anything for you.
